If you’ve ever been to Washington DC then you know how difficult it is to get a photograph without a multitude of tourists in the shot. A friend of mine and I decided to get up early one morning and get to DC at sunrise. It was well worth the trip and we got several good shots. This is one I took on the pathway near the Lincoln Memorial. It was a bit eerie and you could almost picture some apocolyptic-type scenario where everyone disappears and you’re the only one left. Taken with the 4 megapixel Canon S410.
